The women pride can kill a man
Women are known to be full of pride and that’s what makes them different from men.  Men do have pride same as women, but men can control of it for the sake of love and devotion.   In every relationship there are many scenarios that men almost got killed because of women’s pride and this is not a joke.  When a man falls in love to a woman he would do everything just to express his feelings and love to that lucky girl and that includes giving up his pride.

Many preachers today focused on pride as being one of the most damaging aspects of the human behavior.  But I would say that depends on to what level you use your pride, some say it could cause sin and could misguide a person.  In a couple’s quarrel pride is the driving force that worsens the condition and in most cases men are the ones surrendering their pride just to end the fight.

Most women put their pride as a very essential thing to everything they do and think.   For instance, when dating and you are late for 5 minutes you better start looking for white roses and practice your  apology, because she is no longer smiling when you see her. Women with pride would not think of your 5 minutes late as a mere natural or unexpected mistake,  but rather an act of betrayal and insincerity to your promises.  Sometimes they only value your politeness and obedience, while your health and safety are being left aside.    They keep telling you what is right for you, and when you advise what's best for them -- they won't listen.   Pride thought them to be superior when they are not, gives them strength when in reality they are weak.  How do you think your relationship would survive if your girlfriend is full of pride?

How many cases of suicides that struck the world? Many of these suicides were caused of love quarrels and misunderstanding and it is always men have the number of deaths by suicide.   I have witnessed many relationships that men acted like a slave to their women. I don’t think that men deserve to be a slave for the heck of love, but I think that is how the game is played in a relationship.
Because of pride most Women are blinded by the reality that their men have sacrificed everything for them.   Pride makes the woman authoritarian on her decision making, it makes her to demand and demand.  A good relationship should learn to embrace love instead of pride and there you can find real happiness in your relationship.  Our women should be a bit pragmatic on every decision they make and more patience in every hostile situations. Pride kills understanding and patience, and the worst thing it murders Forgiveness.

The root of cheating in relationship is not always because of selfishness of the opposite sex, but because of pride.

Nurses Talk - Recently we just read a very sad story of a 15 year old Afghan bride who was tortured by her in laws and force to enter prostitution.  Sahar Gul had bruised in all sides of his body and face, her eyes were swollen as she was wheeled to the Hospital. The abused from her in laws and husband just came right after their marriage and her worst beating just came just seven months from it.
Ending abuse of women is a huge challenge in a patriarchal society where traditional practices include child marriage, giving girls away to settle debts or pay for their relatives' crimes and so-called honor killings in which girls seen as disgracing their families are murdered by their relatives.
And some women activists worry that their hard-won political rights may erode as foreign troops withdraw and Karzai's government seeks to negotiate with the Taliban to end their insurgency. Women's rights, they fear, may be the first to go in any deal with the hardline Islamic militants. Many women in Afghanistan wanted to flee from their country due to the bad culture which rooted from the time of Taliban rule.  Some women committed heinous crimes to fight for their rights and survival from the hands of their husband and in-laws.  What is worst most of these women that we are talking about were as young as 15 years old.  There were cases that many young girls after force marriage were raped and some were force to prostitution, there were also so many cases of physical abuse that sometimes could nearly end  the lives to these poor young women.

Here are food healthful during your pregnancy, it is advice from a great doctor.

Nurse Talk-These recommendations are here to guide your choices. As you make small changes, hopefully you will develop good habits that will serve you and your children well throughout your lifetimes.
  • Eat mostly vegetables and fruits--strong colors tend to be the most vitamin-rich.
  • Get sources of protein from chicken, lean meats, fish (choose fish that tend to be low in mercury), tofu, or low-fat dairy sources. If you are vegan vegetarian, you will need to learn about nutrition to meet your protein and vitamin needs.
  • Take in most of your carbs as whole grains: brown rice and whole wheat. Downplay white foods.
  • Don't drink your calories--our bodies don't know when we take in liquid nutrition and oftentimes we don't count it in our daily intake. Sodas and juices contain a lot of calories.
  • Eat food that looks like food, not processed into something else.
  • Eat what your appetite tells you to--eat when you are hungry, take your time, and stop just before you are full.
  • When you do eat foods that are not "ideal," take a small portion, and enjoy every minute of it.
  • If you eat from stress, habit, boredom, or to socialize, find alternative ways to meet those needs. Keep your hands busy, go for a walk, listen to music, phone a friend.
  • Pay attention to your food while you are eating it. Don't watch television or read, or you may eat more than you meant to and still not really be satisfied.

Habits are hard to change, but when we get used to making good food choices and eating to allay hunger (as opposed to the myriad other reasons we eat), we can all really enjoy the tastes and textures of our sustenance, and be healthy too!
