Glamour skin glow is the new trend in editing beauty queens and models and so many photographers wondered on how to achieve it, well I am going to give you a rundown guide on how to do it.  The video is a bit short and fast, and some parts of it were taken out to shorten the length, Youtube won't allow my account to exceed 15mins.  Anyways, I am just going to give you some of the things I used and applied during the editing.

The cause isn't yet clear, but if cutting back on meat doesn't hurt and it helps keep us svelte, does the reason really matter?

The myths about Breast Feeding - Facts and Answers: "Here are different myths that women think about breast feeding and because of these myths, some of these have threaten the lives of their babies and their own. Breast feeding is natural and very helpful for mothers and many women may be reluctant to breast feed because they are afraid to lose their youthful figure. But according to research that no matter how many times you have done it, it could only contribute little impact on breast shape. If you really want to know the cause of sagging it is due to smoking, excess weight, greater number of pregnancies and age.

1. Many women think that they could no longer produce sufficient milk.
- That is not true, women have enough supply for the baby. If the baby could not gain weight that is not because you don’t have sufficient milk, but because the baby is not latching properly to the breast, you have to make sure the baby does the correct thing.

2. Many women thought that a mother should drink milk, so that she could produce sufficient milk.
- That is not true, whether the mother drinks milk or not, if she is healthy she has milk. A healthy diet of vegetables is the answer to make the mother healthy, vegetables, fruits and food with hi-protein are the best it surely produce milk."
